Is your moissanite real? Will it pass a diamond tester?

Yes. Every stone we use is genuine VVS1-clarity moissanite that passes standard diamond testers. Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone with more fire and brilliance than a natural diamond, and it's nearly as hard (9.25 on the Mohs scale vs. diamond's 10). It is not cubic zirconia, glass, or any cheap imitation.

Will the jewelry tarnish or lose its shine over time?

Our pieces are crafted to maintain their brilliance. With proper care meaning keeping them dry and avoiding harsh chemicals, your jewelry will maintain its shine.

What makes your moissanite different from competitors?

Not all moissanite is created equal. We use only VVS1 clarity stones set in solid S925 sterling silver. no hollow pieces, no plated brass, no mystery metals. Many competitors cut corners with lower-grade stones or cheap base metals. Ours are built to pass the diamond tester and hold up for years

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on the product type:

If Ready-To-Ship:
Shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivered in approximately 3 business days after shipment
If Order To Be Made:
15-20 days to be made, Delivered in approximately 3 business days
If Custom:Timelines vary based on complexity. We'll provide an estimated timeline after your order is confirmed. You can expect around a 30days for the full process and 3 days delivery from then the piece is completed.

How much is shipping?

We offerfree shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you realize there's an error, contact us immediately, if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it. Additional fees may apply for reshipments.

Returns & Refunds

What is the return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. You can return for any reason — wrong size, change of mind, or simply not what you expected. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase

What does the 30-day defect guarantee cover?

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect — such as a loose stone, broken clasp, or structural flaw that wasn't caused by wear — contact us within 30 days with clear photos or videos. If confirmed, we'll either send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and we'll cover all shipping costs.

What is NOT considered a defect? The following are not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from pulling, bending, or improper handling
  • Exposure to water, sweat, or chemicals
  • Broken chains due to external force
  • Any issue not caused during manufacturing
How do I start a return?

Contact us through our Contact page. Returns must be approved before you send anything back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we'll provide full instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Are there any deductions on refunds?

Yes. A 10–15% processing and restocking fee is applied to all approved returns. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
