Custom Pieces

  • Fully custom designs require:

    • Design (CAD)

    • Mold creation

    • Production

  • Production timelines vary depending on complexity

  • Estimated timelines will be provided after order confirmation

  • Shipped within 1–2 business days after completion

  • Delivered within approximately 3 business days after shipment

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within approximately 3 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on location.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, St-Germain is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
