We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for any reason, including:

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Return Process

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

A 10–15% processing and restocking deduction will be applied

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS (30-DAY COVERAGE)
We offer a 30-day manufacturing defect guarantee from the date of delivery.
If your item has a manufacturing defect:

Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
Once approved:

The item must be returned for inspection
If a defect is confirmed:

We will send a replacement at no additional cost, or

Issue a full refund
We will cover all shipping costs for confirmed defective items.
WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

Normal wear and tear

Damage from pulling, bending, or improper handling

Exposure to water, sweat, or chemicals

Broken chains due to external force
- Anything issue that was not caused during manufacturing
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if:

The item is damaged

You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
